Our Approach

Relief begins here.

Did you know that the neck is involved in primary headache? Did you know that some migraines that arise from the neck are preventable by appropriate management? We are trained in the Watson Headache approach (TM) and utilise the manual therapy techniques taught by Dean Watson, along with guided strength training to achieve optimal long term results.
